I am very pleased with the Village at Lake Highlands. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The grounds are kept looking good and kept groomed. Something very important to me is I feel pretty ssfe.
Just moved in and so far seems nice and very quite. Staff is pleasant and took care of a few minor issues we found, at move in, in a timely manner. Love the view from the apartment as well. Very relaxing.
Moving into the community was a an amazing experience. With the limited face to face interaction as a result of COVID I still felt very welcomed. The online application process was very smooth, and if I had any questions the front office staff worked diligently to assist me and answer any and all questions I had. I was able to complete the virtual walkthrough of the unit and it was a good experience. I love the neighborhood and the maintenance staff is very helpful.
